Mama Sue’s Guesthouse

Mama Sue’s Guesthouse is a converted red barn with a fully covered front porch looking out on the beautiful grounds of the St. Charles College in Grand Coteau, Louisiana. In fact, the college serves as the grounds for the Annual Sweet Dough Pie Festival, held in October. Several businesses are also within walking distance including restaurants, shops, and a cafe. This 160 sq.ft. cottage is just perfect for two. High ceilings give a cozy and spacious feel, and the antiques and palette wood walls give the space lots of charm. Other features include a roomy Murphy Queen-sized bed, a shower, mini-fridge, microwave, a coffee maker, and WiFi access.
