This scenic water trail is home to myriad wood ducks and scenic green-yellow foliage. It starts at Barnes Bridge and ends at Lester's Marina (or this paddle could be broken up into smaller trips). Portaging may be necessary in several places depending on the water level, and the creek splits to offer more than one trail route. Corney Creek begins at Corney Lake, which is part of Kisatchie National Forest and a feeder trail to Lake D’Arbonne.
