Green Acres guests also have access to our boat launch, boat house (Picnic area), trapeze swing, and floating swim deck.

The "Bunk House" has covered parking, a covered picnic area, 2 TV's, a fully furnished kitchen, and four queen sized beds. You don't share this with strangers, it is just for your group or family.

The second bedroom of the cabin has a full sized bed and a set of bunk beds. The cabin is great from small families or up to 4 fishermen.

Green Acres is a family-owned business. The fishing lodge offers lodging for couples, families, and small groups (bass clubs, family reunions, weekend get-aways, golfers, boaters, bird watchers, etc.). We are now offering four types of accommodations.

The Bed & Breakfast (which caters to couples) is in the main house/lodge with a king-sized bed and a private entrance.

The "Bird's Nest" is a two-bedroom, one bath, 900 sq. ft. cabin, great for two couples or a small family.

The "Rooster's Roost" is a large two bedroom open concept facility (private-no sharing with people you don't know, this is for one group, family, club). The Rooster's Roost includes 4 queen beds and 4 twin beds.

Our newest cabin is the "Tiger's Den" cabin, a one-room cabin which is set up for just one or two guests.

Green Acres Fishing Lodge and Bed & Breakfast is located in the mid-lake area of Toledo Bend Reservoir off San Miguel Bay near Zwolle, LA. We are a very small operation where you and your family or a group of friends might be the only ones on this sixteen-acre waterfront property during your entire stay. Our goal is to offer you clean, safe, secure (gated property), and comfortable accommodations so you can enjoy your time here on the lake. Additionally, our goal is to have you come back and stay with us again. Sorry but there is no smoking indoors and no pets are allowed at the Green Acres Fishing Lodge and Bed & Breakfast.
