Located among 200 year old oak trees, this three-bedroom house was built in 1931. The property was once part of the Barataria Plantation and is now a scenic and historical area.  All material for the house was brought to Grand Isle by boat. The house was enlarged in the mid 1950s and refurbished in the spring of 1996.

The Landry House offers: Bar-B-Que pit, Seafood cooking facilities, Picnic Table, Bricked patio area, Spacious yard, Screen porch, Outside shower, Two bedrooms with queen size beds, one with a full size bed - all with distinctive furnishings. The kitchen includes microwave, stove, refrigerator and cooking utensils. A full bath includes a cast iron tub with shower.
