Inn at the Old Jail
The stone on this 1902 Queen Anne-style structure reads "Police Jail and Patrol Station".
After purchase in 2013, every architectural and functional feature in the building was restored and reconstructed. From scouring auctions for rare antiques and reclaimed architectural ornaments to preserving the jail's original historic bones, no detail was overlooked. The vision for the top-to-bottom renovation wasto preserve the Old Jail's quirky character and particular history while creating a one-of-a-kind New Orleans hospitality experience.
Each of the nine unique ensuite guest rooms are designed for comfort and style, outfitted with memory foam EzoBed mattresses, adorned with local art and Venezuelan textiles, and equipped with modern amenities, including wireless Internet.
The Inn at the Old Jail is located in historic Treme close to the French Quarter, Marigny, and all New Orleans has to offer.
