Old Castillo Bed and Breakfast, located 10 miles from Lafayette, LA, was built circa 1827 by Captain Edmond Castillo. Listed on the National Register of Historic Homes since 1978. The building is nestled along the lazy Bayou Teche, beneath the branches of the legendary Evangeline Oak with beautiful Bayou/Garden views. This Greek Revival house has seven nice large rooms furnished with antiques and reproductions. Delicious, hot, full, Cajun breakfast served in breakfast room.
