The New Orleans School of Cooking
Welcome to the fun, food and folklore of New Orleans! Our Chefs teach you the basics of Louisiana in a way you'll never forget- fun is the primary ingredient in our kitchen! We teach Cajun and Creole favorites such as Jambalaya, Gumbo, and Pralines, and season them will history and tall tales.
