And the additional seasonal flavors that grace the menu throughout the year are pumpkin, mincemeat, sweet potato, blueberry, and more. Today over 65,000 pies are served to loving customers each year!
Strawn’s Eat Shop, Shreveport
Strawn’s Eat Shop in Shreveport has been filling bellies with comfort food menues and delicious pies like the ice-box strawberry pie since 1944. The family-owned diner now has additional locations to ensure everyone can get their fill. Ice-box pies come in award winning strawberry, peach (seasonal), chocolate, butterscotch, banana or coconut.

Not Just Pie has been serving pies, po-boys, salads and soups since 1985 in Monroe, Louisiana. Their banana caramel pie was named one of “The South’s Best Pies” by Southern Living. They serve over 20 different pie flavors but the fresh sliced bananas, layer of caramel and whipped cream on the banana caramel pie is just to die for.
