Brookshire Farm

Brookshire Farm produces grass finished, dry aged beef using methods "so traditional, it's innovative." We use organic practices and rotational grazing. Our animals are fed on open pastures without grain supplements, growth stimulants, antibiotics or other synthetic additives. Our family has ranched cattle here since the 1790's. The Farm House was built in the 1840's. We are the 7th generation to live on this land and in this house. We offer tours, by appointment.
