It is only fitting that a city obessed with food would have its own culinary museum. Dedicated to "the discovery, understanding, and celebration of food, drink, and culture of the South," SoFAB is located in the Riverwalk Marketplace, and features rotating exhibits as well as weekend programs that highlight local culinary products and restaurants.
