Join the Louisiana eMarket
The Louisiana Office of Tourism is always looking for new and better ways to connect Louisiana merchants with people who love our state.
The eMarket allows merchants to feature their Louisiana-inspired products including; food, music, books, art, digital media, jewelry and clothing to visitors of the web site. Visitors can also visit merchants' websites and order their products.
Merchant Participation
All potential merchants must meet the following requirements:
- Have an eCommerce website with the following requirements:
- Sell products that are representative of or local to Louisiana culture, heritage and history
- Able to ship products in a timely and safe manner using a traceable shipping method
- Able to have access to a current inventory
- Willing to share equal space with other merchants, possibly competitors
- Provide a valid email address
- Provide a valid phone number
- Provide the name of your business/product as you would like it to appear on the eMarket
- Provide a description of your business/product in 100 words or less
- Provide a company logo that preferably meets the following specifications:
- JPEG, GIF or PNG
- Minimum height: 200 pixels
- Minimum width: 300 pixels
- 150 to 300 dpi
- Provide a website URL
