North Beach is the only white sand inland beach from Texas to Florida. The beach is easily accessible directly off I-10.Directions: Eastbound traffic take exit 29; Westbound traffic take exit 30A.
An inspection of the North Beach revealed that sand along the beach had been washed away as a result of the storm.
