St. Landry Parish

St. Landry Parish continues Courir de Mardi Gras, a century-old tradition in the rural areas of Eunice. Join the all-ages chicken run or visit nearby Opelousas for its Lundi Gras party on Monday and parade on Tuesday.


The oldest city in Louisiana celebrates the biggest party in Louisiana. Come join the fun with the Krewe of Wag-Uns Parade for pets and children and the Krewe of Dionysos parade on Saturday, Feb. 14.
