The 42nd Annual Louisiana Gumbo Festival of Chackbay will be a weekend filled with great live Cajun music, dancing & the BEST gumbo in the state of Louisiana! The Grammy Award Winning Country Group Shenandoah will headline the event on Friday night. Lots of traditional Cajun dishes to enjoy as well as a carnival mid-way, Firemen's parade, & auction. Free parking & no gate fee. Bus Groups Welcomed! On site camping with advance reservations.
