The West LA Forestry Festival Fair and Carnival will be held at the Vernon Parish Fairgrounds in Leesville from Sept. 27, 2014 through Oct. 5, 2014. Browse through the food, arts & crafts, livestock, and agricultural entries that were made/grown by Vernon Parish residents within the past year.
