Stars and stripes forever, as far as the eye can see! The 17th  annual Red, White, Blue and You festival salutes Old Glory and the many troops, veterans and forefathers who have helped Americans gain and retain independence. Celebrate your liberty and freedom by participating in the exciting festivities. This year's program will kick off with a star spangled street parade at 6:00 p.m. The program at the Lake Charles Civic Center Amphitheatre begins at 7:00 p.m. with entertainment and the traditional, patriotic concert performed by the Lake Charles Community Band, featuring a salute to armed forces.  Following the concert, you will definitely want to stick around for the fireworks extravaganza over shimmering Lake Charles. Sit back, relax and be dazzled by the glittering display of color against the star-studded sky. Buy the T-shirt, wave a complimentary flag, sing along and take advantage of food vendors at the festival! In case of rain, the program will be moved into the Lake Charles Civic Center.
