Music festival featuring the finest in Swamp Pop & South Louisiana Music benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  Festivities include Jambalaya Association Cook-Off, Car Show, Poker Run & Pageant.  Rain or shine come out and enjoy the music in our fully air-conditioned facility!  For the uninitiated, "swamp pop" is a blend of Rhythm and Blues, Hillbilly, Cajun, and Creole music that originated in the 1950's.
