The awards show Friday night will feature live Cajun music by Jackie Caillier, Ivy Dugas and the Cajun Cousins. At the festival we will also crown our 2010-2011 Miss Le Cajun who will have participated in interviews and dance competition on August 7th at La Poussiere in Breaux Bridge. On Saturday we will have music by Geno Delafose and French Rockin Boogie, Chris Miller and Bayou Roots, Kevin Naquin and the Ossun Playboys, and High Performance. Throughout the whole festival, we will be focusing on young musicians. And, fittingly, the theme is "Le Jeune Generation des Cajuns," "The Young Generation of the Cajuns." Our festival features live Cajun music and dancing, great Cajun food, and arts and crafts booths. Our emcee this year is Mr. Bob Moore of KLFY TV 10 and we will also have a performance by founder Harry Lee Lafleur.
