The National World War II Museum celebrates the American spirit, the teamwork, optimism, courage and sacrifice of the men and women who won World War II and promotes the exploration and expression of these values by future generations.  In November '09, three new venues open, the Solomon Victory Theater, featuring "Beyond All Boundaries," executive-produced by Tom Hanks, the Stage Door Canteen featuring entertainment from the WWII-era and the American Sector, a Chef John Besh Restaurant.
