Louisiana Recipe: Ponchatoula Strawberry Pie

2 baked 9-inch pie shells
1 can condensed milk
Juice of one lemon
1 large container Cool Whip
3 cups strawberries, cut into small pieces
Method of preparation:
Mix lemon juice with condensed milk. Add Cool Whip and mix thoroughly. Add cut-up berries and pour into pie shells. Chill.
