At Hillcrest Blueberry Farm in Gloster, you won’t just find fresh blueberries. You’ll also find delicious jams, jellies, preserves, fruit butters, and Daye Alexander’s refreshing blueberry lemonade. Here, she shares her recipe for a berry beverage perfect for a summer afternoon.

Makes 1 gallon.

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups lemon juice
1 quart fresh blueberry juice

Method of Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a gallon container then fill the rest with water. (Fresh blueberry juice is available at the farm.)
