Louisiana Recipe: BBQ Shrimp from Regatta
This quick shrimp appetizer has great flavor.
Though a relative newcomer on the restaurant scene, Regatta in Lake Arthur has quickly established itself as the place to be, especially on weekends. The menu features seafood, steaks, pasta and Cajun fare, but the atmosphere is equally delicious. Regatta is located completely over the water. In fact, you can arrive by boat or even seaplane before sitting down to order some Kubuki shrimp or crispy duck with cane syrup. Another customer favorite? The barbecue shrimp appetizer—and they’ve graciously shared the recipe with us.
