Property Description

One-acre cemetery containing graves of Sarah Knox Taylor, wife of Jefferson Davis, and General Eleazer Ripley, distinguished during battle of the War of 1812.

Directions

The cemetery is located four and a half miles northeast of St. Francisville in West Feliciana Parish, one mile north of Louisiana Highway 10 and west of US Highway 61. Contact Audubon SHS for tours of the site.
