Simply Put, Rice&Roux is Simply Cajun...... Rice & Roux is a Fast-Casual style restaurant that specializes in "simple" country style Cajun food served fresh, hot, and fast. You won't find any fancy big city dishes here like you would find in New Orleans. Our specialty is Jambalaya and Gumbo, but we also have crawfish pies, boudin, beans and rice, and daily lunch special such as crawfish etouffee or fried catfish.
