12 miles north of Shreveport on Louisiana Hwy 1 then east on Louisiana Hwy 169 for approximately 1.5 miles. Take a left on the Crouch-Dam Road. The short road ends at the Caddo Lake Dam & Park. Picnic facilitys are available.
