1914 landmark. Last surviving Waddell Vertical-lift bridge in Louisiana.

Directions

From Shreveport, LA, take Louisiana Hwy 1 North to Louisiana Hwy 169. Turn left which will take you into the town of Mooringsport. Turn right on Louisiana 538 and continue for approximately one mile through downtown Mooringsport until you reach Caddo Lake. There you will find a lake side park, boat launching facilities and the Historic 1914 Caddo Lake Drawbridge.
