Grand Ecore Visitor Center U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

Located on an 80 foot bluff above Red River, the visitor center educates & informs about the waterway and partnership between the Corps and Red River Waterway Commission.  Pavillion, picnic area and hiking trails.  Bluff is an excellent location for bird watching and watching traffic on the Red River.
