Enjoy the tranquility of this 1869 working cotton plantation situated among century old pecan trees. Nested in the beautiful Red River Valley in the Crossroads of Louisiana, our modified Creole cottage-style home is centrally located to many historic sites which feature beautiful antebellum homes, antique shops, and boutiques. We serve foods that typify Louisiana cuisine ranging from the extravagance of Creole to the pungent, one-pot Cajun meal.

Directions

From I-49 take Exit 99 (Boyce Exit). Louisiana Hwy 8 East to Colfax. Fairmount is located 3.8 miles from Exit 99 on the left. Turn left on parish road (red stop sign and green street sign reading Fairmount Rd). Fairmount is the big white plantation house at the end of the road. From Colfax take LA Hwy 8 West approximatelt 8 miles from the Grant Parish Court house. Turn right on private road. Fairmount is the big white plantation house at the end of the road.
