We now have cooking classes Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am – 12 noon in the Riverwalk on the 3rd Floor (Riverwalk Market Place #1 Poydras Street). A four-course meal is demonstrated by our excellent chefs Saundra and Corinne, who will entertain you as well as teach you the secrets of Creole and Cajun cooking. Of course you get to feast on the menu prepared that day.
