From a giant shrimp boat to Huey Long's silk pajamas, Capitol Park Museum is a treasure trove for all things that make Louisiana so special. Opened in 2006, it's the largest museum in Baton Rouge with 70,000 square feet of state-of-the-art exhibits exploring history, technology, art, food, music, sports, Mardi Gras and so much more.
