Our daily special, the Brewster Burger, is a 10 oz fresh ground sirlion, hand made patti, which is charbroiled into a succulent masterpiece and served on a French Bread bun. The Boom-a-lache' is our speciality house drink. A Boom-a-lache' is a concoction of punches, juices, and four different types of rum, served in a 32 ounce Brewster mug.
