The two Paul's, Gary PAUL Roy, from Oklahoma City, and Marilynn PAULE Fournet-Adams, from down the Louisiana bayou, bring their unique culinary skills together to blend traditional Oklahoma style barbeque with down home Cajun cooking, a new concept they call Radically Urban Barbeque. Local peppers and homemade sauces make a special magic with slow-smoked pork, chicken and Certified Angus Beef. Their specialty salads blend homemade dressings with crisp greens, pork loin and pecan smoked brisket.
